1. Pricing and Payment To secure a reservation, the renter must prepay a deposit of 30% of the total price. The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pick-up. Our prices are all-inclusive, covering VAT and local taxes, with no hidden costs. The price displayed upon booking confirmation is the final amount, unless damages or abuse occur to the vehicle.

2. Insurance Our insurance package offers basic coverage for accidents involving other vehicles, protecting against third-party liabilities. However, renters are fully responsible for damages to the rented vehicle.

3. Cancellation Policy Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made after this period will result in the retention of a 30% deposit.

4. Vehicle Condition The renter confirms the good condition of the car upon delivery and agrees to return it in the same condition, with all tires, tools, and accessories intact, on the agreed date.

5. Rental Period The minimum rental period is considered 1 day. Rental extensions require approval from the owner.

6. Non-Compliance Failure to return the car as specified in the contract will result in a 50% surcharge on the agreed rate.

7. Traffic Rules and Restrictions The renter agrees to comply with all traffic rules and abstain from using the car for racing or contests. Additionally, driving on rough terrain or sandy areas, or any other prohibited areas, is strictly forbidden.

8. Fines and Penalties The renter is solely responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period and must pay them promptly. Keep in mind that only the renter is permitted to use the car and must refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9. Reporting Accidents In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately report it to the owner, providing full details of the incident.

10. Tire Responsibility Tire repairs are not covered by insurance and are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
